According to yogic philosophy, we cannot control the mental impressions without a healthy body, which begins with the right diet. Once we clean the body with proper diet and exercise, then one can begin their journey towards self-realization.
That being said, most of us are living busy lives, building our careers, taking care of our families, and doing our best to find time for ourselves. With that in mind, I have designed a modernized program with yogic influence to help you achieve the balance , happiness and peace that we all desire.
Together we will work on building healthy eating habits, train together to get you in shape, learn ancient breathing techniques for deep meditation, and learn Vedic philosophy along the way.
