This is a 1-1.5 hour energy healing session. You will learn therapeutic breathing techniques to increase brain plasticity, achieve homeostasis (balance) and increase overall function. This is a great session for you if you have been feeling anxious, stressed, or want to learn how to get into a daily meditation routine.

Travel to You: Private Sound Bath Experience
If you have been feeling stuck in your thoughts or need to relieve anxiety and stress, then this is the modality for you. Sound Baths help sooth the nervous system and remove blocks preventing us from calming the mind. You will achieve a meditative state and find deep relaxation within this session. We will discuss any messages that came through for you and explore how to move forward in the right direction so that you may continue to live in harmony .
